Two Steps Back

The ISP technicians stopped by today, apparently for the sole purpose of giving us the brushoff in person instead of over the phone. While here, they changed nothing, tested nothing, and generally did nothing, while concluding that it’s wireless interference that is causing the problem, not a line of sight issue.  I find this strange since they insisted on the last phone call that the antenna wasn’t picking up any interference or other wireless traffic mere moments before the disconnect.
